Chillicothe City Council tables vote on engineering contract

One of the only action items at the latest Chillicothe City Council meeting was tabled by the council.

City Administrator Darin Chappell presented an ordinance that would have authorized a contract between the city and Allgeier Martin and Associates for engineering services. Instead, the council took no vote on the issue.

The city last month released a joint bid with the engineering company for a contractor to carry out Chillicothe's 2021 Street Resurfacing and Overlay project.
